Job Title: Chef (Lecturer)
Purpose: The Chef shall share culinary expertise, teach cooking techniques, showcase recipes, inspire aspiring chefs, and educate the students about culture and trends.
Qualifications:
– 3 years diploma in professional Chef
– 2-3 years of lecturing
– Experience in pastry and cooking
Requirements:
– Extensive culinary expertise
– Teaching experience preferred
– Strong communication skills
– Commitment of fostering a positive learning environment
Responsibilities:
– Conduct culinary lectures and demonstrations
– Develop and update course materials
– Provide mentorship to students
– Evaluate student performance
– Stay current with industry trends
