WE ARE HIRING
We are a specialist and bespoke Cake Company and Bistro, looking for a vibrant, customer centric and adaptable individual to join our team.
Position: Chef
Reports to: General Manager & Head Chef
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in menu planning
• Meal preparation
Cake design and decoration
Stock management and procurement of supplies
Basic admin and record keeping
• Maintenance of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work stations
• Compliance with minimum food safety and sanitation guidelines
Any other work as shall be assigned by the GM & Head Chef

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Certification in food preparation and cooking/catering/culinary arts/ hospitality management
Added advantages:
• Experience with with cakes and other pastries
Diploma in culinary arts
•Experience in table serving and waiting
