PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To manage the cellular planning function through stock management and performance analysis, in order to optimise the balance between sales, service and stock levels
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning processes and systems development and improvement
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Stock performance management
- Stock allocation management
- Product life cycle management
- Manage relationships
- Coaching and supervising
- Ad hoc projects
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Commercial/Statistical degree or diploma
- Minimum 5 years of retail planning experience
- Experience in planning tools, i.e. Arthur/EP
- Above average computer literacy (MS Office)
- Knowledge of telecommunication industry will be advantageous
- Competencies required: Analytical; systematic; good communication skills; detail orientated; team player; problem assessment; decision making; can cope with stress and take initiative
