About the Organization
The National AIDS Commission, mandated to lead Lesotho’s strategic response towards ending AIDS by 2030, seeks an exceptional, visionary executive to serve as Chief Executive Officer.
Reporting to the Board of Commissioners, the CE will provide strategic direction, ensure robust corporate governance, drive resource mobilisation, and foster high-level stakeholder partnerships to advance the national health agenda.
Key Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Health Sciences (MPH), Business (MBA), Social Sciences, or Law (LLM).
- Experience: 5–10 years at Top Management level.
- 7+ years in the HIV & AIDS sector.
- Verifiable experience in Policy Formulation.
- Experience managing large donor-funded projects, such as the Global Fund.
