-As part of this role, you will investigate queries reported by Embedded HR, internal customers and former employees and validate all payroll employee documentation on the SAP and Navigator+ system.
Your daily activities will include the escalation of unresolved queries to the processing teams for remedial action and accurately verify documents in terms of the HR policies, procedures and relevant conditions of employment.
You will act as a distribution point for Global Shared Services and will be required to print pay slips IRP5’s and Retirement Fund statements for distribution to the relevant employees.
This role is in the Human Resources department at a Band 8 level reporting to the Customer Engagement Supervisor.
-You will need the following:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Payroll qualification will be an advantage
- Relevant Payroll experience
- Solid experience on SAP payroll system
- Previous experience in customer service would be highly beneficial
- Experience in scanning of documents to document management system (not necessarily Global Work Bench (GWB) filing system)
