About the Role
We are seeking motivated and professional CATI Market Research Interviewers to join our Telephone Interviewing Team. The successful candidates will conduct structured interviews with respondents over the phone using our Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews following approved project scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately record all responses using CATI software.
- Maintain neutrality, professionalism, and courtesy with respondents at all times.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Observe strict data protection and confidentiality protocols.
- Report call outcomes, refusals, and technical challenges to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Certificate (Form E or equivalent).
- Strong communication and listening skills in both English and Sesotho.
- Clear and confident telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and accuracy in data entry.
- Previous experience in market research, surveys, or call centre work is an advantage.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends when required.
