Pioneer Mall (Moruo Developments) Lesotho hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Catering companies to provide Catering services for 24 months from JUNE 2024.
Interested, eligible Bidding Catering companies should comply with registration requirements for Catering companies, trading licenses, tax obligations and minimum wages as stipulated in the Labour Code. In this regard, certified copies of valid certificates of registration shall be submitted with the proposal. Non[1]compliance to this requirement will invalidate the bid
Qualifications requirements include:
- Registered Catering Companies licensed to trade in Lesotho, supported with copies of documents defining their legal status, place of registration, place of business etc.; and Written power of attorney to commit the bidder;
- Proof of experience in executing similar Catering services for the past three years;
- Evidence of availability of working capital to pay salaries for required staff for at least three months (availability of liquid assets, access to credit line from a registered financial institution);
Bidding documents are to be collected from Pioneer Mall’s Center Management office on Monday 15th April 2024. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “MO-D-2024/CS-001 “CATERING SERVICES FOR PIONEER MALL”.
- Tenders shall be submitted by delivering them to the Pioneer Mall Centre Management Office Receptionist at Pioneer Mall by 12:00hrs on Tuesday 30th April 2024. Electronic submissions shall not be accepted. Late submissions will be rejected.
