A group of 25 guests from South Africa will be visiting Lesotho in September. A reliable catering partner is required to provide meals over a four-day period.
Meal Requirements (4 Days)
- Day 1: Dinner
- Day 2: Breakfast and Dinner
- Day 3: Breakfast and Dinner
- Day 4: Breakfast
Submission Details
Catering businesses are invited to submit quotations for consideration.
Only the top three (3) best quotations will be selected and presented to the client for final approval.

- Menu options for each meal
- Cost per person and total cost
- Details of services included (e.g., staff, setup, transport)
- Photos or examples of previous work
Payment Structure
- The client will pay the selected caterer directly into their account
- Oasis Travel will act as the facilitator and marketing partner
