Position: Cashier × 3
We are looking for suitable male candidates to fill the position of Cashier. Successful applicants must be willing to start work immediately and relocate to Khubetsoana.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- Physically active with strong physical skills to ensure productivity
- Ability to work independently and manage day‑to‑day operations
- Ability to work well with hands
- Ability to work well with others and delegate tasks where necessary
- Handling fragile goods with care
- Handling of cash
- Pulling and stacking products based on daily orders
- Meeting customer order specifications in a timely manner while enforcing safety and company policies
- Keeping products separated, well‑organised, and properly rotated
- Monitoring product quality frequently and reporting issues to mitigate safety risks
- Reporting any mechanical problems
- Applying a continuous improvement mindset and identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
- Performing any other duties assigned by management
- Strong time‑management skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems will be an added advantage
- Experience handling heavy goods will be a significant advantage
Educational Requirements
- Strictly LGCSE / COSC or below
