Cashier Position (2)
The key role of the candidate is to handle customer purchases efficiently while offering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture sales using the point-of-sale system
- Balance the cash register daily without shortages
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to clients
- Handle cash, card, and other payment methods
Required Skills
- Proficient in English and local indigenous language
- Helpful and courteous approach to resolving complaints
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Able to work under pressure
Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Qualification e.g. degree or diploma from acknowledged institution
- Basic numeracy and computer skills
- Knowledge of point-of-sale system is an advantage
