Responsibilities:
- Reading, monitoring and responding to Director’s e-mails
- Answering calls and liaising with clients competently
- Preliminary drafting of correspondence on Directors behalf
- Delegating work in the Directors absence
- Diary management
- Planning and organising meetings
- Preparing papers for meetings
- Taking dictation
- Planning and organising events
- Preparing presentations
- Installation and management of efficient filing and other office systems
Cape Town Child Welfare Society is looking for an efficient; discrete; flexible; organised; self- motivated individual with an advanced level of IT literacy and minute taking skills.
