Product

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing campaigns, from pre-sales to end-campaign. Our campaigns entail Media/Branded Content/Social elements. The CM will work collaboratively with the Brand Partnerships team, Editors, Creative Team, Stylists, and Ad Operations team to successfully execute media strategies and achieve advertising objectives. The ultimate goal is to build strong relationships with clients and partners and drive the renewal of business. We are looking for individuals that help us build out new technology that drives operational efficiency and innovation.

This is a remote position open to global applicants.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales process, by supporting the creation of media plans that support client KPI with available inventory and EYX advertising products
  • Manage internal and external daily operations of campaign management: editorial and app content, display media, social elements, ensuring deadlines are being met
  • Working with Campaign Management Lead to manage campaigns and alerting the Campaign Management Lead in case any issues appear that may cause under-delivery or harm client relationships
  • Digging into e-commerce data to evaluate the success of the campaign
  • Crafting kick-off decks, outlining clear internal and external steps
  • Keep track of all performance metrics and optimizations, and present them to the clients and internal stakeholder
  • Oversee campaign delivery, working through optimizations for pacing and delivering in full
  • Work closely with the Stylist team to make sure all App placements are live on time and track performance
  • Create daily/weekly/end of campaign reports, analyze performance, and recommend future activations
  • Contribute to the team by proposing new creative ideas, proposals, research, and competitive data

More About You

  • You have previously managed and gathered requirements from large groups of partners; ability to make thoughtful trade-offs among a diverse set of needs and priorities
  • You have strong project management experience or experience in applicable technical or analytical roles
  • You have financial modeling skills and experience with using analytics to inform decisions

Bonus points:

  • You have previously managed Client and Agency relationships launching Media and Branded Content campaigns
  • You pull third party reports and manage the delivery of the Insertion Order
  • You have the ability to put together media plans leveraging the adserver for the right avails for the client’s flight and objectives
  • You are proactive in making sure the campaign performs making optimizations throughout the campaign
  • You are organized, ensuring that documentation is updated and internal stakeholders are sticking to deadlines of client deliverables
  • You love the process and help think strategically about improvements that can be made in workflow
  • You are a team player who is comfortable working across an organization that is growing while doing
  • You are curious about eCommerce data and enjoy analyzing ROI
