Strengthening Youth Participation in Governance Processes
Project Overview
The Strengthening Youth Participation in Governance Processes project is implemented by Youth Home Lesotho under the Youth Power Hub, a joint initiative of the European Union (EU), UNICEF, and IOM.
The project will be implemented in Mafeteng District from February 2026 to September 2028.
Volunteer Positions Available
- Volunteer Facilitators – 2 Positions
- Volunteer Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant – 1 Position
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be young people aged between 18 and 35 years
- Youth from Mafeteng District are strongly encouraged to apply
- Membership of Youth Home Lesotho will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Volunteer Facilitators will support:
- Youth dialogues
- Community engagement activities
- Civic participation initiatives
- Volunteer M&E Assistant will support:
- Data collection
- Monitoring activities
- Documentation and reporting
Volunteer Engagement Terms
- These are volunteer positions and do not constitute employment
- Volunteers may receive stipends or reimbursements, subject to availability of funds
