CALL FOR VEHICLE LEASING SERVICE PROVIDERS
Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital (QMMH) Procurement Unit is building a database of service providers for short-term vehicle hire. We invite interested and qualified individuals or companies to submit the following documents for consideration:
Required Documents:
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Valid insurance
- Business Identification Document/Trader’s Licence
- Tax clearance certificate
- National Identity Card
- Vehicle Disk
Required Vehicles:
- 4×4 Double Cabs
- 7-seater SUVs
- 5-seater sedans
- Ambulances
- 4×4 Single Cabs
Additional Requirements:
- All vehicles must have a service record and mileage must be less than 160,000 kms.
- Ambulances must meet all minimum healthcare standards for a fully operational ambulance.
