BEDCO invites qualified suppliers to register for inclusion in its supplier database under the following categories:

- Mobile toilets
- Photography/Videography
- Plumbers
- Social media influencers
- Stage setup
- Cleaning services
- Conference facilities
- Corporate branding suppliers
- Decoration services
- DJ and PA system hiring
- Graphic designers
- ICT and peripherals supplies
- Trailers
- Transport (7-seater, 15-seater, 22-seater, trucks, buses)
- Electricians (approved by LEC and registered with Ministry of Works)
- Fumigation and pest control services
- Corporate gifts distributors
Required Documents
Interested suppliers must submit the following:
- Valid Trader’s License
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- Business Profile
- Three (3) recent references from organizations served within the past 12 months, including:
- Name of the organization
- Contact person’s name and position
- Contact details (email and/or phone number)
- Brief description of goods/services provided
Deadline for Submission
- Date: Friday, 14th November 2025
- Time: 5:00 PM

- Submission Method:
Physically submit the completed form at any of the above BEDCO offices.
