CALL FOR RENTAL HOUSES FOR STAFF ACCOMMODATION
Berea and Butha‑Buthe Districts
Phelisanang Bophelong invites property owners and agents to submit available stand‑alone houses for rental to accommodate staff in Berea and Butha‑Buthe districts for a period of three (3) months, from April 2026 to June 2026.
Two (2) houses are required per district.
Property Specifications
Submitted properties must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Property Type: Stand‑alone house
- Bedrooms: Minimum of three (3) bedrooms
- Kitchen: Fully fitted, including built‑in cupboards, sink, stove, microwave, and fridge
- Bathroom: Indoor bathroom with toilet
- Living Area: Fitted lounge/sitting room
- Location: Within town or close to main services
- Security:
- Secure yard
- Fenced or walled
- Lockable gate
- Safe neighbourhood
