The Lesotho National Federation of Organisations of the Disabled (LNFOD)would like to invite suppliers who are interested in doing business with the Federation to register on its suppliersβ database for the year 2025/2026.
LNFOD specifically request suppliers and service providers in the following categories:
1. Accommodation facilities
2. Catering services
3. Printing and Branding
4. Building contractors
5. Carpenters
6. Conference facilities
7. Cleaning services
8. DJ, Stage and PA system
9. Plumbers
10.Consultants
11. ICT
12. Electricians (Approved by LEC and registered with Ministry of Works)
13. Photography/videography
14. Plumbers
15. Social media influencers
16.Decoration
17. Transport (7-seater, 15-seater, 22-seater, and Buses etc)
18.Mental Health expects
The official Application Registration Form to be completed in full by prospective service providers can be collected at;
β’ LNFOD Headquarters Maseru, Naleli Opposite Maria Mabasotho Church, Naleli, Sekamaneng Road
β’ LNFOD District offices ;
β’ Mokhotlong (LAA Building near Mapholaneng taxi rank),
β’ Butha-Buthe(Opposite Standard Lesotho Bank),
β’ Leribe (Hlotse, Teba premises)
β’ Berea (Thakaneng)
during working hours from 8:30am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday 13;00pm or downloaded on the below link.
Please note that the following mandatory documents must be submitted PHYSICALLY together with the registration form on or before 30th November 2025. Incomplete registration forms or registration forms submitted without mandatory documents will be accepted.
i) Valid Traders license
ii) Valid Tax clearance certificate
iii) VAT Registration Certificate (If registered for VAT)
iv) Business profile.
v) Three (3) recent references from organisations they have served within the past 12 months. Each reference should include:
β’ Name of the organization
β’ Contact personβs name and position
β’ Contact details (email and/or phone number)
β’ Brief description of goods/services provided
(vi)Car Insurance documents for vehicles
