Background
LRCS is currently implementing Food Security project supported by IFRC in three Districts namely Mokhotlong, Thaba-Tseka and Botha Bothe. The aim of this project is to provide agricultural inputs to LRCS beneficiaries at supplier fairs organised by LRCS where the LRCS beneficiaries may purchase suppliers’ goods using LRCS vouchers. LRCS will reimburse the correctly used vouchers to the suppliers against proper documentation.
LRCS invites interested Tenderer(s) / Suppliers, fulfilling the eligibility conditions and having the capacity and capability to carry out the supply of goods within the time and on the terms and conditions mentioned herein to give their offer and submit their Tender for the service and commodities outlined.

The tender documents can be collected in the Procurement at 23 Mabile Road, Old Europa, LRCS Headquarters during office hours from Tuesday 06th October 2020. The closing date for submission of proposals is Tuesday 13th October 2020 @ 16h00. The opening of the tender bids shall be on 14th October 2020 at 10h00.
