Call for Expression of Partnership (EOP)
The Government of Lesotho, through the Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology and Innovation (MICSTI), invites institutions, organisations, companies, academic bodies, development partners, innovation hubs, and youth-led enterprises to submit Expressions of Partnership (EOP) to co-create and co-develop the Lesotho GovTech Platform, the Lesotho AI Academy, and the Lesotho TechStack as integrated digital public goods.
This initiative is anchored on the GovStack approach, promoting modular, interoperable, and reusable digital building blocks that can be adopted across sectors and institutions.
Focus Areas
GovTech: Delivery of digital public services
AI Academy: Human capital development, innovation and advanced digital skills
TechStack: Shared digital public infrastructure and building blocks
Eligible Applicants
This EOP is open to organisations across all sectors, including:
- ICT companies and system integrators
- Tech start-ups and youth digital enterprises
- Academic and research institutions
- Civil society organisations and NGOs
- Innovation hubs and incubators
- Development partners and multilateral organisations
- Individuals
