LOTI BRICK ISSUES A REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FROM POTENTIAL INVESTORS TO INVEST IN AND MANAGE LOTI BRICK (PTY) LTD.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Loti Brick aims to engage with potential investors whose response to this EOI will meet the following criteria:
Compliance and Instruction to Bidders
- Company profile should strictly be limited to:
- Company contacts
- Shareholders/partners and identity documentation
- Major business activities
- Company registration documents i.e. Company extract.
- Partnership agreement or intention to enter into a partnership agreement with Indigenous Basotho or Indigenous Basotho-owned companies.
- Trading registration documents.
- Tax clearance certificate
- Proof of strong funding and capital raising competency from recognised entities.

Loti Brick shall not be bound to disclose reasons for rejecting or accepting any expressions of interest.
Loti Brick is determined to empower local investment, therefore it is a pre-requisite that the potential investor must have local shareholding.
NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Presentations will be held for potential investors that have shown interest and meet the criteria outlined in section 1 above where Loti Brick will make a detailed presentation on the investment opportunity. After this stage responsive potential investors will be required to submit a full project proposal.
SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
The EOI BEARING NO IDENTIFICATION of the bidder must be made as follows: Submission will be done electronically and must be clearly identified as: “CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO INVEST IN AND MANAGE LOTI BRICK PTY LTD”.
EOI must be submitted as a PDF fi le to the e-mail address below on or before 12:00pm, Friday 25th August 2023
