- Local Submissions:
Open to all genres including:- Feature Films
- Short Films
- Animation
- Documentaries
- Music Videos
- Spoken Poetry
- International Submissions:
- Limited to Documentaries only
- Not restricted to the festival theme
Festival Theme
Telling African Stories
All local submissions must incorporate this theme.
Submission Requirements
- Films must be at least 120 minutes long
- Non-English films must include English subtitles
- Films must not depict drug use in a recreational manner or include sex and nudity
- Music used must be original, copyright-free, or in the public domain
- Films must be submitted by an authorized representative
- All selected films will be screened online and at selected venues across Lesotho
- By submitting, you agree to the terms of the Lesotho International Film Festival
- Incomplete or non-compliant submissions will be ineligible
- Last-minute entries will not be considered
