CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: FACILITATORS FOR RDP (RETAIL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM)
Maloti Mountain Brewery is committed to helping young Basotho graduates, particularly those facing barriers to employment gain skills and work experience in order to make a successful transition into the labour market.
MMB is therefore looking for Unemployed Graduates to enroll into its facilitators program which will support the launch of the company’s three-year investment in its flagship Women Retailer Development Program.
Successful graduates will receive business training structured around five themes:
1. Establishing a business dream
2. Marketing
3. Financial solutions
4. Responsible Retailing
5. Stock Control
Following their business training, the graduates will then be enrolled into a 6 week paid facilitators program. Graduates will then deliver training beneficiaries of MMB’s Women Retailer Development Program.
To stand a chance to be enrolled into the facilitator’s program you need to be:
• A Lesotho national
• Between the ages of 25 & 35
• An unemployed BA, Honors or MA graduate
Graduates must be from the following academic disciplines:
Economics, Business Studies, Finance, B-Com.
Application packet must include:
CV, Passport Copy, Copy of Academic transcripts.
