Designed for seasoned journalists and newsroom leaders (with 5+ years of leadership or editorial experience), this programme focuses on strengthening editorial leadership and ethical journalism practice in Lesotho.

• Editorial leadership
• Solutions journalism

• Dates: 25th – 26th March 2024
• Location: Exclusive Retreat (TBC – Outside Maseru)
• Format: Two‑Day Residential “Sleepover” Event
• Capacity: Strictly limited to 12 participants
Eligibility
This programme is specifically designed for:
• Senior journalists
• Editors
• Newsroom leaders
• Media professionals with at least five (5) years’ editorial or leadership experience
