QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years working experience in a supervisory position or relevant Diploma in a related field with at least five years working experience in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

• Knowledge of call center software and customer service best practices.

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
