What You’ll Do:
🔹 Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
🔹 Sell and promote loan products over the phone
🔹 Process loan applications and update client info
🔹 Respond via phone, email, and chat
🔹 Conduct follow-ups and customer surveys
🔹 Provide excellent customer service at all times
What We Need:
🔹 Great phone and communication skills
🔹 Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused
🔹 Basic computer & data entry skills (MS Office)
🔹 1–2 years in customer service (call centre is a plus)
🔹 Fluent in Sesotho and English (spoken & written)
