REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma in communication or any relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of call center software and customer service best practices.
• At least 2 years’ experience in customer service or a call center environment.
