Main Responsibilities
- Making of sausages, focusing mainly on pork and beef
- Cutting and preparing meat products for sale
- Weighing and labelling products
- Stocktaking
- Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter
- Previous experience as a sausage maker
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible to work on weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be a person based in Roma or willing to relocate (rent to be paid by the company)
- A strong social media presence will be an added advantage
- Three (3) references from previous work at reputable butcheries
