Reporting to the Solutions Delivery Manager, the Business Process Tester is accountable for ensuring technology alignment with business and improving technology team collaborative delivery outcome. The Business Process Tester oversees systems testing and ensures continuous business process improvement. Job Responsibility
- Review business cases and monitor ROI so as to establish overall net-impact of implementation of products/initiative.
- Advise the business on the transformation/adaptions of new ways of working, processes as well as ensuring the effectiveness & efficiency through continuous improvement, quality management, alignment & introduction of quantitative measurement thereof.
- Establish collaboration and manage synergies of projects/initiatives which are in progress at any given time based on how these affects other areas of the business.
- Oversee Systems testing and compliance through collaboration with project team members
- Participate in Company and Technology Strategic planning to ensure delivery of goals and advise on innovative collaborative delivery mechanisms
Requirements
BSc Degree in Information Systems or Equivalent
Desired Certifications:
- Business Analyst Certification: CABA, IIBA
- ITIL
- SAFe Agilist
