Business Process Analyst X2
SUMMARY OF PURPOSE:
Responsible for leading changes in business processes and systems to meet the business needs through analyzing business processes, workflows and partnering effectively with all levels in the organisation to proactively identify and resolve problems.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, or similar relevant field
- Formal training in Business Management will be an added advantage
