Vacancy: Business Development Manager
We have a permanent position available for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving our business growth by gaining Brand recognition and funding opportunities for our programmes.
Position is based in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.
Starting date: 01 May 2021
Salary: R25 000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Development and implementation of all marketing strategies and campaigns
Content development and implementation of all training programmes
Development and oversight of public relations to ensure growth
Support fundraising initiatives
Responsible for the reporting of funded marketing and training programmes
Organisational brand monitoring
Virtual training lead on key projects
Content development and training material for Phambano digital skills programme
e-Safety Programme management
Qualifications and Requirements
Marketing or Business Management Qualification or relevant
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in NPO sector
Experience in developing and delivering training material
Solid understanding of social media marketing platforms and tools
Experience in fundraising initiatives for NPOs preferably
Experience in report writing for grants and funded projects
Experience in online events hosting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
