This role provides a broad range of administrative support and leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support
all projects and facilitate the delivery of business operations.

It serves as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
• Supporting and leading on the effective project management of various strategic and operational priorities, process improvements and internal/external reporting requirements
• Coordinating all logistics with external suppliers, including supporting their procurement, briefing and on boarding
• Ensuring first class document and data management and alignment with internal policies & procedures
• Ensuring all correspondence and briefing requests and associated requests are recorded and actioned appropriately

Minimum Requirements
• Degree in Social Sciences
• Two years’ experience in an administrative and support role

• Highly competent in use of MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with an ability to manage and proactively prioritise workload
• Resourceful and proactive in initiating change to improve performance of self a nd team processes
• Excellent ability to remain positive with all employees in the business and provide credibility to internal and external stakeholders
• Highly discrete, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
