Position: Business and Process Analyst (3)
SUMMARY OF PURPOSE
To be responsible for leading changes in business processes and systems to meet the business needs through analyzing business processes, workflows and partnering effectively with all levels in the organisations to proactively identify and resolve problems.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, or similar relevant field
Formal training in Business Management will be an added advantage
Three (3) years of demonstrable and progressive work experience in Business Analysis in different types of projects, COTS, new development and enhancements; strong knowledge of Business Processes Improvement
