VACANCY: BUSINESS ANALYST INTERN
Business Analyst Intern – 6-Month Internship – Potential Full-Time Opportunity
Department: Technology and Operations
Reports to: Head of Development
ROLE PURPOSE
Support the analysis of business processes and user needs, helping translate them into clear requirements for system and operational improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and document requirements from internal teams and users.
- Map existing workflows and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support user acceptance testing and document issues for resolution.
- Maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Work with technical and operational teams to clarify requirements and track agreed actions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- BSc Information Systems, BSc Computer Science, B.Eng. Computer Systems and Networks or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of business processes and software development.
- Relevant certifications will be a bonus.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
DURATION
Six months, with the possibility of a full-time employment contract upon successful completion, subject to satisfactory performance and the availability of a suitable position.
EXPERIENCE
No prior professional experience required; relevant academic projects or internships are an advantage.
