JOB TITLE: BUSINESS ANALYST
Overview
We are looking for Business Analysts to assess vendor performance, support funding applications, and help design business improvement strategies.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
– Business Management, Economics, Econometrics, Entrepreneurship Or a related field
Key Responsibilities
1. Collect and analyze vendor sales data to measure business performance.
2. Identify vendors ready for funding and prepare recommendation reports.
3. Help vendors improve business practices (pricing, budgeting, saving, etc.).
4. Conduct training sessions and financial literacy workshops.
5. Work with agents to ensure vendor data accuracy.
6. Assist management in developing new vendor growth programs.
7. Prepare monthly performance summaries and suggest improvement strategies.
Skills & Attributes
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Good report writing and presentation ability.
3. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
4. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
5. Fluent in Sesotho and English.
