Description

ROLE PURPOSE
Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; managing new customer requests implementation, tender solutions, customer projects and service level agreements with contractor’s management.


KEY DELIVERABLES
•Develop clear customer requests for technology team to implement as solutions for clients
•Serve as liaison between fixed and data support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity
•Ensure data and fixed customers satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
•Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion.
•Supervise installations and provide technical support to the EBU sales team.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
•At least 5 years’ customer service with fixed and data oriented.
•Data support and fixed network technology experience.
•Telecommunications experience would be an added advantage


QUALIFICATIONS
A Degree or A B. Tech in Networks technology or Bachelors of Networks and Administration Degree.
