Brewer / Distiller at House of Linford

BREWER/ DISTILLER NEEDED

House of Linford is a micro-distillery producing spirits in Maseru. This vibrant start-up company is recruiting 1 brewer or distiller to join the team to report to Production Manager. 

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Stock taking and ordering
  • Quality control and testing
  • Conducting internal audits and inspections
  • In-charge of production process from raw materials to finished products
  • Setting up and implementing HACCP standards
  • Ensuring GMP is kept
  • Keeping raw material and finished product inventory
  • Assuring all raw materials and finished products meet set quality specifications

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Food Science/ relevant qualification with a Food Microbiology/ Fermentation module
  • 1-5 years work experience in distillery, brewery, food manufacturing, FMCG or relevant field
