BREWER/ DISTILLER NEEDED
House of Linford is a micro-distillery producing spirits in Maseru. This vibrant start-up company is recruiting 1 brewer or distiller to join the team to report to Production Manager.
Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
- Stock taking and ordering
- Quality control and testing
- Conducting internal audits and inspections
- In-charge of production process from raw materials to finished products
- Setting up and implementing HACCP standards
- Ensuring GMP is kept
- Keeping raw material and finished product inventory
- Assuring all raw materials and finished products meet set quality specifications
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Food Science/ relevant qualification with a Food Microbiology/ Fermentation module
- 1-5 years work experience in distillery, brewery, food manufacturing, FMCG or relevant field
