- Drive sales through current trade
What qualifications, experience and skills do you need to qualify for this career opportunity?
- Grade 12 with a relevant Degree / Diploma in Fashion
- 5 – 7 years Retail or Merchandise Buying experience within Ladieswear combined with 1 – 3 years in a Management or in a Leadership role
- Fashion awareness
- A strong business acumen, proven negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Well-rounded with the ability to manage in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to challenge or influence the status quo through innovation
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- A team player who can drive collaboration
- Importantly you are Self-motivated
