Introduction | An opportunity exists to join this Investor in People Company in the above capacity. Metropolitan Lesotho is a wholly owned subsidiary of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings (MMH), the third largest registered insurance company on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual in the position of Brand Manager based in Maseru, Lesotho. The incumbent will report directly to the Head of Brand and Marketing – Lesotho. |
Role Purpose | To promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers through strategic media channels, platforms and other stakeholder engagement programs. You will also be expected to act as the Voice of the Company’s brand and business for attracting new customers while also maintaining strong partner relations. |
Requirements | Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications or related fieldPost-graduate Degree in Marketing Management would be an added advantage.3-5 years’ experience in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Events Management and Sponsorships.Experience with coordinating marketing communications campaigns in the B2C and B2B environments will be an added advantage. |
Duties & Responsibilities | Contribute in the preparation of the strategic brand and communications plans of the company.Participate in the budgeting processes as well as design of specific IMC campaigns including market-based creative concepts for the same. Create and maintain consistent corporate brand voice across product lines, events and brand-building efforts as well as throughout company departments.Perform periodic marketing analytics review and measurement reporting across platforms (social and digital media)Coordinate company’s social investment strategies, activations and engagements in the B2C as well as B2B environments.Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with team, peers and stakeholders. |
