DOXA N KABOD Is Expanding
As we prepare to open a new branch, we are looking for a strong, responsible and sales-driven Branch Store Manager who is ready to lead a team, grow sales and take ownership of the performance of the store.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management or a related field
- Retail/store management experience will be a strong advantage
- Strong leadership and team-management ability
- Good understanding of sales, customer service and achieving targets
- Ability to manage stock, cash, merchandising and daily store operations
- Good communication, reporting and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, discipline and accountability
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
