Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Overview

Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic risks and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures
• Increase branch productivity through training, budgeting, and process improvement
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new ones
• Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies
• Manage daily operations including customer service and finance, and implement improvements as needed
Minimum Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent business-related qualification (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management, finance, sales, or a relevant business role
• Excellent communication, writing, selling, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to meet sales and service goals
• Experience in human resource management is an added advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations
• Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback
