Job Overview

Naledi Funeral Planners is hiring an experienced Branch Manager to support continued growth and operational excellence. This role is suited to a dedicated and ambitious professional seeking career advancement in a dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
  • Increase overall branch productivity through effective employee training, budgeting, elimination of inefficiencies, and capturing growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and establish relationships with new clients.
  • Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage daily operations, with particular focus on customer service and finance activities, and implement improvements where necessary.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or an equivalent business-related qualification (preferred).
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in management, finance, sales, or a related business role.
  • Excellent communication, writing, selling, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Strong drive to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Experience in human resource management will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong prioritisation, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
