Are you someone who can:
- Implement and manage operational policies, procedures, risk, and compliance processes.
- Manage costs/expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Drive sales across product and campaign initiatives to exceed set targets.
- Maintain efficient electronic tracking and monitoring processes on all activities and timelines for administrative and process support.
- Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, talent, and team to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies, and increase competencies.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Banking Sector or a similar environment.
- Have knowledge of the Bank’s products.
