Braaimaster
Responsibilities:
• Skillful in the preparation and grilling of all meats.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic work area and ensure the braai area is clean and in good working condition.
• Keep proper inventory management of utilities used for braai.
Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience as a braaimaster.
• Minimum COSC or equivalent.
