Bountiful Health And Beauty Spa: Lesotho’s Sanctuary For Women Empowerment

They say confidence is a language that women communicate with the bounce in their step and sway of their hips.  A confident woman can achieve anything and she does not need to make any noise to announce her presence.

When she enters a room, you will know by the sound of her heels, the sweet smell of her perfume, the glow on her delicate skin and most importantly, the lack of fear in her eyes. Passionate to make women feel confident by enhancing their image, Beauty Therapist Nthabisng Mphana has started a sanctuary to empower women through beauty and image coaching!

The Bountiful Health and Beauty Spa is a beauty therapy business owned by 44-year-old Nthabiseng Mphana. She started this business because of a question that was asked in church and she reports that it was that very question that brought her into a new trajectory of life.

In her own words, “I had sleepless nights when that question was asked and it made me question a lot of things in my life. I had to resign from the job I was doing because in all honesty, I was extremely passionate about women and image. The question that set the new trajectory for my life was, ‘If money was not a problem, what would you do with your life?’ I started my business as a result of that.”

Today, Nthabiseng owns one of the best beauty spas in Lesotho. The Bountiful Health and Beauty Spa offers massages, makeup, beauty consultancy, nail treatments, image coaching for women and girls and many more. The business is located in Maseru East, Lesotho.

Nthabiseng reports that her biggest achievement is staying in the business after life almost knocked her out and friends turned into foes. She revers the faithfulness of God in that time because it took a lot to get back on her feet.

Unlike many businesses, the mandate of this business is not just to make money. The entire team is driven by the desire to empower women through beauty and image training.

They believe that a woman’s confidence starts from simple things such as beautiful nails and glowing skin. It is for this very reason that this business does not just offer external beauty therapy but they host image empowerment sessions for women and girls as well!

Whether you are looking to spoil yourself with a simple massage or you want to go full on and transform your full look, Nthabiseng Mphana and her team have got you covered – all at an affordable price! Customer service is their number one priority and they use their expertise to make women feel good about themselves!

In her exact words, “I am building a legacy and my biggest dream is to build a beauty retreat for women with sensational outdoor massages and beauty therapy. I really want to be part of women’s reason to feel good and I pray that I fulfill this dream in due season.”
