Epic Lifestyle & Restaurant is a premier nightlife destination known for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a professional and dedicated Bouncer to join our team and ensure the safety and enjoyment of our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Verify identification to confirm legal age for alcohol consumption.
- Maintain order by observing patron behavior and intervening as necessary.
- Address and defuse potential disturbances or conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with bar staff and management to enforce club policies and procedures.
- Escort unruly or disruptive individuals off the premises when required.
- Assist in emergency situations, including providing basic first aid if needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security or as a bouncer in a nightlife setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and assertive in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness and stamina to stand for extended periods and manage physical interventions.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to alcohol service and public safety.
- Possession of relevant security certifications or licenses is an advantage.
