Location: Blue Ribbon Lesotho
Reporting to: Site Accountant
Purpose of the job: To ensure the accurate and timeous financial information is processed in to the Premier financial system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for stock management from raw material to finished products and returns.
Responsibilities:
· Stock control (at site)
- Financial procedures – debtors, creditors & bank
- Balance sheet reconciliation’s
- Deviation reporting and recommendations
- Capital expenditure process
- Controlled expenses
- Communication – internal team and department synergy
- Supervise team
- Value chain
- Processed value chain reconciliation
- Month end processing
- Traveling to Depots on regular basis
Experience:
- 1 – 2 years stock control experience
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- 3 Year Accounting Diploma or Degree compulsory
2 -3 years’ experience in an accounting role, including at least 2 years supervisory experience
