Enrich Holdings is a company of Limited Liability with a wide portfolio of business in Lesotho. It has a large shareholding who are represented by the Board of Directors in the management of the enterprise. Enrich Holdings wishes to engage the services of a Board of Non-Executive Directors to oversee the implementation of The Strategic Plan within its risk appetite.

To address the needs of the country’s economy at present. It underwent some challenges that led to its temporary closure. To address these, a concerted effort was made to establish the root causes. An expert analysis report was made in which one of the recommendations for remedial action to be taken for sustainable growth and good governance was to appoint a Board of Non-Executive Directors to oversee the activities of the enterprise.
With the support and indirect guidance of the Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC), Enrich will be open for business under this board which is comprised of experts in their roles and responsibilities.
