SolidarMed is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to improving healthcare for over 1.5 million people in Lesotho, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Working in close collaboration with national partners, SolidarMed strengthens health systems, empowers communities, and promotes evidence-based policy dialogue.
Call for Expressions of Interest
SolidarMed Lesotho invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to serve on its Board of Directors under the following portfolios:
- Public Health Specialist
- Member with Expertise in Resource Mobilization for NGOs
- Community Representative (from Butha-Buthe and/or Mokhotlong)
- Academia Representative
- Youth Representative
General Requirements (Applicable to All Portfolios)
- Demonstrated strategic leadership and governance insight
- Proven financial management understanding
- Previous board experience or exposure to non-profit governance is an essential attribute
- High proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and the Internet
