The Billing & Reconciliation Representative 4 determines discrepancies between company records and the records of Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The Billing & Reconciliation Representative 4 assumes ownership and leads advanced and highly specialized administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.
Responsibilities

The Billing & Reconciliation Representative 4 reconciles accounts each month, documenting any problems found during reconciliation, and provides appropriate plans that will lead to their resolution. Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interested parties are continually updated about the status of their account. Corrects enrollment and cash posting discrepancies as they relate to billing. Prepares documents in order to inform management, market groups, and regional personnel of the status of account issues. Decisions are regarding the daily priorities for an administrative work group and/or external vendors including coordinating work activities and monitoring progress towards schedules/goals, and often oversees work of others and/or is the primary administrative owner of a main process, program, product or technology. Works within broad guidelines with little oversight.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

2-4 years of technical experience analyzing data, inventory management and a strong understanding of billing

Proficient with MS Office products to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

1 year minimum within a leadership position such as subject matter or lead trainer.

Additional Requirements

Must be willing to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday

Must have a separate room for privacy with a locked door during working hours and during communication with members.

Must provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required.

Must be willing to come into the office as needed on occasion, but no more than 5% annually
