Billing and Insurance Follow-Up Representative

Primary Skills:
- Hands-on follow-up on aged healthcare receivables; Mainecare, Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross, and Commercial payors
- Must be familiar with follow-up account resolution skills
- Knowledge working in a Cerner billing environment required
Description:
- Seeking experienced Third Party aged receivable follow-up representative(s)
- Must be knowledgeable relating to follow-up for Mainecare, Medicare, Anthem BC, and Commercial payors
- Individuals need problem-solving skills to resolve aged accounts, including prior denials
- Knowledge of Cerner Patient Accounting helpful
- This is a temporary assignment for 6 months
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of Accounts Receivable experience with Acute Care and Medical Office billing and collections
- Knowledge of Cerner Patient Accounting required
- Knowledge of N-Thrive and On-Base a plus
